Hakata is a seaport with the code JPHTD, located in Japan in the city of Fukuoka. The port has been growing impressively, especially in terms of international exchange with the Korea Peninsula and China. It has been conducting this activity ever since ancient times. In the past few years, the port has accepted many international and national cruise vessels. The reason for this interest seems to stem from the port’s close proximity to other cities, as the port is located 200 km from Busan in Korea and 900 km from Shanghai in China. It services the largest number of passengers within the international traffic between Japan’s seaports. The city itself, where the port is located, is very attractive for tourists.
