Cooperation with the customs agency is not mandatory, but it is often the best solution, taking into account the amount of paperwork and complexity of procedures. Shifting part of the duties associated with the export / import to the customs agency allows for big savings:

money - the need to purchase the software needed to work with the Customs Office.
