Do I need an ATA carnet?

Operation of the ATA carnet are covered by 72 countries. Having an ATA carnet easier procedures relating to the carriage of goods periodically, replaces many of the customs documents, declarations and deposits. ATA carnet holder can become both an entrepreneur and a natural person, only need to fill out an application and submit a set of documents. For countries belonging to the European Union, in the case of transport of goods within it, an ATA carnet is not required.
